  Nothing has changed and another trash day has passed. Not sure what is so difficult to move the bags three feet to the curb?

  Thank you for the update. We have an open complaint and are working on resolving the violations. We have to follow our policy and procedures and legal process to address problems that owners/occupants are not complying with. Even though the problem is something that simple, the responsible party is not addressing it and we cannot just clean it up, we have to follow certain steps to address it and that takes some time. Be assured that we are working on it, thank you for bringing it to our attention to address.

  The trash bags are gone, but the are 4 old cars without tags in the driveway that have been sitting for a month. What are the regulations on that issue?

  Thank you for the update. I have been working to resolve the violations present. I have referred the untagged cars to zoning complaints.

  Happy that the trash has been removed. The inspector has referred the abandoned/unregistered vehicles to zoning enforcement to pursue. I will also assign this to them to ensure they received the address. Thank you.
