Sharraxaadda

There is a large scrap-heap of dismembered bicycles on the west side of Telegraph under the 580 overpass. My girlfriend and I recently had two bikes forcibly stolen (three ulocks broken after breaking into a high fence around our apartment) in Mosswood. I can see the remnants of my bike in this pile and it's incredibly frustrating. I used to ride my bike to work down Telegraph and now I have to walk by it every day. Before any improvements can be made on the Telegraph bike paths, something needs to change so I can feel comfortable actually owning a bike. I expect soon there won't even be a sidewalk available to walk down.
