I HAVE SPOKEN TO THE HOMEOWNER AND TOLD THEM ABOUT PARKING ON AN IMPROVED SURFACE. THEY UNDERSTOOD THE LAW AND WILL COMPLY. I WILL MONITOR UNTIL I FEEL THE COMPLIANCE HAS BEEN GAINED. IF THEY REFUSE TO COMPLY, A CITATION WILL BE ISSUED.
