Description

My disabled friend Mr Malone, received a "non compliance" fine on his water bill of $200 because the reader could not get to read the meter. Mr Malone received an estimated bill that was huge. He keeps an extra credit on his water bill, and he has a dog trained to bark. His gate is locked but the reader has always been able to get in. This is an unfortunate situation. Please talk to Suez about fining good citizens who are disabled. (He has a handicapped spot) This is something new.
