After on-site inspection, the material at this address will be scheduled for a Special Collection.

ISSUE SHOULD NOT BE CLOSED. Sanitation picked up cardboard only they left the cinder blocks, cement pieces and brush. As was mentioned in original complaint: "This is an ongoing problem and sanitation never completely removes all items dumped illegally."

Re-open acknowledged and referred to Sanitation.
