Description

A new sidewalk and curb ramps were poured at the corner of N. Mascher and Master Streets by the private developer who is reconstructing the properties on this corner. Unfortunately the sidewalk slopes appears to exceed ADA compliant limits, a 2% max landing area was not provided, and detectable warning surfaces were not installed at the crosswalk. In accordance with City policy, when a ramp is reconstructed, it must be built to meet current ADA standards.
