That limb isn’t dead! Leaves are sprouting.

It is incredibly disappointing that someone can look at this picture and truly believe this limb is safe for people traveling underneath it. It’s a tree limb (not talking about the tree) and it’s removal could prevent serious injury or loss of life! be reasonable.
