I was just about to post about this. This place is an absolute eye sore and is making the town look bad. Whoever owns this property doesn't follow any of the rules. The whole parking lot is overgrown and never mowed. The pavement is all broken and has pot holes everywhere. The businesses must get some sort of a break in the rent because I wouldn't want my business there. What is sad is this is where the town daycare is and you think someone else would complain. This needs to be addressed as it brings the entire neighborhood down. Its sad that properly owners like this guy can take advantage of our town and not follow any of the rules.

It's amazing what business owners like this get away with. That entire area is a dump. The gas station is no better....half the pumps don't work....who knows what type of station it is..not to mention the landscaping is just as bad. Its sad because that could be a really good area for a business but neither the town nor the owner seem to care at all.

Still not fixed????? Im confused. as to why this always has to be brought up to the owner by the town to take care of THEIR OWN property. This owner needs to be fined so this does not happened again. Going on 2 weeks and it still not fixed

A Violation Notice was issued to the property owner, 138 South Rd LLC, and sent by Certified Mail as is required by statute. The property owner has 30 days from the time the notice was received to correct the violation. There has been no return of the Certified Mail as of this date. This case will remain but CLOSED in SeeClickFix.

When was the violation notice sent? I'm concerned that they will end up mowing it once a year with no repercussions. It's been three weeks for this issue, and another 2 weeks before that for the original ticket. Feels like another absentee landlord in town.
