A. Only 2-3 people have time to turn left from woodward to burroughs. There is a lot of time where there’s clear traffic and people often turn left when the light is red. Please either make the light longer or add a blinking yellow light for left turns. It would improve the flow since others use that turn lane to turn left on Harper to get to i-94. There is a lot of congestion especially between 4-6pm and 8-9am
