Description
The City has allowed the owner of this residential house to convert this into a drug rehab facility in a residential area that not only is it unkempt but there's no leave clean up and there's a lot of garbage in front of the garage. The recycling and garbage bins are always on the curb every single day of the week. Several of the neighbors have called this in with no success. It's the entrance to our street from Main Street and it makes the street very unappealing. Please assist. I can send more pics if necessary.

To: Let's Keep Lake Forest Clean,
You are absolutely incorrect with regards to the description of the individuals residing at 29 Frenchtown Rd. The house is occupied by 4 men, not any different than college rentals in the area - except for the fact they are quieter. This house is not be utilized as a drug rehab house, know your facts before you speak.
I also live in Lake Forest, call me if you'd like to discuss further.
