Description
Flooding creates a pool blocking sidewalk traffic for Stillwind residents, Tower road pedestrians, and students. Certainly was not an issue prior to the repaving.

However, the neighbors are complaining about the bump - here it is:
"I have lived in this neighborhood for 22 years. We NEVER had a flooding issue at the front of the subdivision. There was NO need to install this gutter system. In my opinion, it was poorly done and installed too high. The issue at hand is not flooding (as stated-it was never an issue before-only when the road was torn up by the project itself) The REAL issue is the raised gutter that creates significant uneven bumps coming into and out of the subdivision. Because you will ALWAYS be turning right or left into or out of the neighborhood every car will always hit the gutter an angle. It will continue to do damage to each and every car's alignment and suspension. Simple math - if you only leave your house once a day you will be forcing your car to hit these ridges over 700 times a year. Plus, going up and done Tower road this is the ONLY gutter system implemented in front of a subdivision. Please FIX ASAP. thank you"
