Description

The northbound through lane on Barstow at Holly is often blocked by cars turing east onto Holly. The right turn only lane has no right turn only markings or signage, so drivers get confused by the bike lane, which is in between the through lane and the turn lane, and end up turning from the through lane. This makes an already dangerous intersection worse. Second request for help!
