Description

Traveling on Rt. 420 going to/from Essington/Norwood, the traffic light at Rt. 291 is so short, you'll just enter the intersection when the light turns green and BEFORE you even get halfway into the intersection the light turns yellow. Cars behind you have a hard time seeing sometimes and they're likely to head into the intersection when it turns red. Most times the east-bound traffic gets an advance signal and then the westbound but sometimes they both get a green light at the same time and within 4 seconds, it goes to yellow! There have been many accidents here perhaps due to this signal glitch?
Signal needs calibrated/adjusted to avoid confusion and a deadly accident. Please.
