Numerous “Emergency No Parking” signs have been attached to the trees along Benton Street, 40th Street and 40th Place NW using construction staples and duct tape. This is both illegal and harmful to the trees. This was done by a DDOT contractor and it needs to not only be addressed, but also the staples should be removed. Thank you.
