Hi MMartinez - We usually patch locations as a temporary solution when there is a crew in your area. Repair will take longer.

Thanks again. Does this mean we would wait for something else to cause a crew to be in the area, or are the crews on a rotation schedule of areas for repair?

Crews patch around the city on rotation. Our concern is to alleviate safety hazards. Repair will be scheduled later.

Good Afternoon, it has been 2+ years since this last conversation. Any idea when hazardous sidewalks with tree damage will be repaired? The areas of lifting have only increased in severity since 2019. Thank you for your time.
