Description
Harold and Champion St intersection has had potholes for a couple of years. This winter (2018-19) the pavement has deteriorated at an exponential rate. It is causing a safety issue at that intersection. Cars swerve into the crosswalk and oncoming lanes to avoid potholes. I have also seen smaller cars temporarily lose control going through the intersection. I am not sure why this intersection is not a maintenance priority as it is an immediate safety issue and in the vicinity of St. Jarlaths School.
