Description

The street sweeper did not come down 10th street to sweep today, like usual in west oakland. there is a pile of debris on the street that was present this morning and remains after the posted street sweeping time. Despite the lack of street sweeping, the ticketing agent issued tickets for cars parked on 10th street.
