They do have a dog and it’s not on a leash it comes in my yard after my dog all the time the reason there dog it’s not seen is cause of there fence but there is no fence on our side it pinned my puppy to the ground by his neck this is a very aggressive dog and something need to be done

This dog is still out of control nothing had been done the dog is now coming into others yard and going after others peoples dogs there r also young children and it’s a major concern I don’t care at the dog is not leashed but he should know his boundaries
