Open and operating without fixing the fire marshal codes on the back everyone exit stairs, they have no occupancy permit, and they have not removed fuel tanks containing # 2 diesel fuel.
As you can see they were entering and this Easter they are having a big mass they are advertising it and handing out pamphlets. This is unsafe and a liability at this point

We have also referred this to our Zoning Enforcement division to address the occupancy certificate issue. You should be hearing from them shortly.
