Description

The people in this house have a young German Shepherd that they let out to the front yard off leash to go to the bathroom. She doesn’t stay in the yard because if I’m walking by with my dogs she comes at us barking. This morning from down the street, I witnessed the dog run right out into the middle of the street to bark at someone that was walking across the street. These people need to be told that the dog cannot be let out off leash. She’s going to get hit by a car.
