I noticed 2 apartments on the side facing 13th Ave. South and Also they are opening up another night club there. Where are the permits? Are they up to code? Why is this being allowed - less then a year ago there was a murder. This will be another problem for this neighborhood. Needs to be checked into.

“Unable to verify complaint”. According to the City inspector on the City website for this issue. I think the point was to look into permits. Was this done?

WHY DOES THIS LANDLORD NOT NEED PERMITS???

I went by there yesterday and did NOT see any evidence of PERMITS. Do you need a permit to open a Night Club? And do you need a permit to have residential housing attached to the night club?

Have the issues above ^^^ been addressed by the property owner and the city for permit and code compliance for this entire shopping center? I mean - most of us are AWARE that the owners Bruce and Julia live in there million $ mansion, however that does not make them ABOVE the law......I have tried reaching out with emails and phone calls and I get NOTHING.....so here I am AGAIN starting all over again. A NIGHT CLUB in that shopping center is NOT what is needed in this neighborhood. We will not tolerate the speeding of cars up and down our residential street at ALL HOURS, drunks passed out on our lawns and cars parked illegally. The owners must take ALL of this into consideration. And NOT just be money hungry. This area is slowly but surely becoming a NICE area. Limited blight areas. As owners they should see this and recognize this "club" is NOT a welcomed addition to the area and SLUM LORDS are on their way out. Again, thank you for looking into this matter and AGAIN I look forward to this being reconciled in the best way for OUR neighborhood. If they want this "club" so bad I'm sure they can find a place on Snell Island where they live and let US know how that works out for them...
