Needs to be paved, not just smoothed/bladed because that only lasts a few months before the potholes return.

It gets "completed" but is immediately bad again. This section of the alley is more like a main roadway with the amount of vehicles that utilize it and needs to be paved. Due to the high traffic volume and lack of parking along 5th Avenue North, all vehicles use this alley for access. The gravel cannot withstand the wear and weather and needs to be paved. It is not a back alley for single family homes but rather the main access for multifamily units. How do we work towards getting this reviewed?? Thank you for your time and attention to this matter!
