Description

The asphalt is pulling up in large chuncks at the base of my driveway in the street. I fear it will continue to get worse if not repaired.

Q. How deep is the pothole?
A. Less than 6” deep
Q. Is the pothole in the right-of-way?
A. Unknown
Q. Please provide more information about the location of the pothole (ex. closest intersection, nearby milestones, etc)
A. There is a sizable pothole in the street at the base of my driveway at 16 Ranch st.
