Description

The drip irrigation system serves as a trip hazard- especially for the elderly and at night while going to the Library and other Civic Center locations. Can it be buried or warning signs installed to warn the public? The public frequently walk in this area and risk falling. Thank you for your time and consideration and all you do all year. It is noticeable and appreciated.
