Description

When will markings be painted on the speed humps in the 400-500 block of Winthrop Avenue? You cannot see these humps in the dark until you are right on them. Hard to see in daylight too. Dangerous situation. The signs are not enough and some are blocked by tree branches.
Drivers do not have to be speeding to have issues with these speed humps. They have been unpainted for months.
