The issue of sidewalk accessibility is a major issue throughout this neighborhood. Code states sidewalks are not to be blocked by vehicles or other vehicles or boats yet many park on the sidewalk blocking passage. There are handicapped people who must use the sidewalks with a wheelchair yet are forced into the streets to go around these vehicles. I am going to report this issue to Americans with Disabilities if the city refuses to correct it.
