2 of these vehicles have flat tires too. The owner just keeps moving them from one spot to another. 1811 Polk and 1709 Polk work on vehicles illegaly. they are parts vehicles. please help us! we have been dealing with this for 8 years. the guy who moves them lives @ 1709 name is Pudge. they also leave oil cans, bumpers, parts, oil waste in other peoples blvds and on the street.
