This is not an abandoned car. The tags were stolen and waiting for police to send the report in order to go to DMV and get a new tag.

Ok, great - glad to hear it isn’t abandoned. We couldn’t tell with the plate missing and alarm going off constantly. Could you ask the owner to adjust the alarm so it doesn’t go off dozens of times a day? Many of us have our home offices facing the alley and it is extremely disruptive. 311 said the only recourse after this was an official noise complaint. Thanks!
