The drain has been filled in by the new property owner and it’s affecting the flow of the water from properties further down the street.

This issue was not completed. Ryan Wood from Southern Road crew was out in May and spoke to homeowner and neighbor whose property this issue affects. He said they would come back to fix it and it has not been done.
