Note the mail in the trash...

Is this the trash of one of the many homeless people in the area? I understand that the city has tried reaching out to several of them, but they refuse any help or assistance. That mail may have been an offering but was also refused.

What are you going to do with a bunch of YAHOOS who are too proud to accept any help! Regardless of them not being able to afford any citings for trashing and littering public property, how long is the city going to let this continue. Drive them out of Tukwila because they want something for nothing. They can't have their cake and eat it too.
