Description

3 of the new street lights at the corner of Mitchell Mill Rd & Louisburg Rd are not working, which makes the intersection of very dark in the evening and early morning. Location: when driving north on Louisburg Rd make a right onto Mitchell Mill and the first two streetlights on the right are the ones that are out. The other streetlight is located on the opposite side the street from those two (I.e., at the northbound corner of the intersection)
