We have forwarded this request to the Neighborhood Transportation Department so that they may investigate and take any necessary action.

Apparently the president of the Azalea Neighborhood Association is back active after a death in the family. I assume he will be sending in the association approval for the speed hump shortly, at which time I can issue a work order. I will follow-up with him.
