Description
Understand I am not trying to report anyone for this issue and get them in trouble, but between Palm Avenue and Rebstock Street ON the Pinellas Trail, someone is walking dogs and allowing them to poo and not picking it up. We need a sign posted about the Pinellas code for picking up after dogs, and a unit to keep bags for picking up. I can keep the unit full with bags. It is a massive problem, there is a stench, people are complaining and it looks disgusting.
