An investigation was conducted on 4/1/19 at 1:22pm at 1800 Dart & 1300 Silver for street markings. The customer did not leave there contact information. The customer stated to 311, ?Road lines are no longer visible and people are cutting through the intersection causing a hazard to oncoming traffic. The streets are asphalt paved with gutters in a residential/commercial area. The traffic volume at this time was moderate. Silver is a north and south bound street that is controlled by Stop Signs, Dart is an east and west bound street that has no-outlet for west bound traffic. During the investigation, it was noted that this is an offset intersection, not a curve or a turn intersection. Drivers on Silver are to turn right on Dart and then left on Silver if desired or continue east on Dart street or right on dart and then left on Silver street or left on Dart street for east bound traffic. There was no notice of missing markings at the intersection or a traffic issue at the intersection.
