Description
When heading east on Summergrove Pkwy from the Summergrove Pkwy/Highwoods/Pecan Crescent intersection, the 2nd and 3rd double lights in the median have lights out. The lights out are the NE bulb in the 2nd light and the SW bulb in the 3rd light.
