Every morning I walk by The Scandinavian School of Jersey City and every morning the sidewalk is blocked by about a dozen strollers making it nearly impossible for pedestrians to use the sidewalk. If the strollers were just left there temporarily by parents dropping off kids I could excuse it but these strollers belong to the school and are being left out for hours at a time. And to make things worse, they often leave their trash cans on the sidewalk right next to the strollers. It's bad enough that they've got most of the sidewalk fenced off, do they really need to block the rest of the sidewalk as well?
