Harassment by a city employee
Man keeps banging on my door accusing me of doing work without a permit. He lives on street and spends too much time here all day most days. I am only painting and he keeps banging on my door threatening me. He is 40ish white male and he drives a white pick up truck. Looks like he may work for building Dept but he refused to give me a card when I asked him yesterday.
