Description

On going illegal dumping with the the Apartment complex at 6106 to 6108 Hilton Street. It has created a mini dump site on the sidewalk where tenants from the apartments are dumping their garbage!

Reported to Property Management (Community Realty @ 510 5301005) and they acknowledge the problem.

Again, an on going issue! The city of Oakland, should start fining the owner(s)!
