This home has been this way for way too long. The pool in the back is full of black water and the screens are gone, every home near it is getting invaded with mosquitoes as a result. There is no barrier to prevent kids from going into the pool. The front has open and shattered glass. There are beer cans all over the yard indicating homeless people are using it to sleep overnight. This has gone on long enough and the home is a nuisance and danger to children and causing an epidemic of mosquitoes to breed.
