Every other day there is a drug exchange at this corner after dark made by different cars and different people. one car pulls up and waits, another cars pulls up behinds it. One person gets out, and goes to the first car, then gets back in their car and they both leave. It's pretty obvious what's happening here.

I brought this up with one of our district officers yesterday per my earlier conversation with you. I'm meeting with our district manager next week and will discuss this with her as well. Thanks for reporting it on seeclickfix.
There have been reports of other drug activity in the playground and other areas of Northern East Rock.
I'm organizing a blockwatch in Northern East Rock to address the issues of crime and traffic/speeding. I've already gotten responses from a handful of interested folks and hope to organize a meeting - likely next week. Make sure you take the license plate and car model and make and report it to the police non-emergency number. 203-946-6316. They will refer the information to the narcotics division. If there are enough reports that indicate a pattern, the police will pay more attention to the issue.
