I wonder how long before they copy and paste their "assigned to HLOs" canned response and close this issue without actually resolving it, only for it to continue to be a problem years later

reopening this issue because "assigned to hlos" does not mean "closed" stop abusing the "Close" button to sweep issues under the rug. we know you guys dont want to do your jobs but thats no excuse for closing issues without fixing them

If on private property, the property owner can ask the person to leave. If they refuse to leave, call APD, as this is trespassing.
