I noticed this too. I believe (this may be right or wrong) that the left turn arrow for SB Montgomery onto Avalon gets triggered for around 20 seconds longer (its usually quicker). I only say this because car were turning this direction while all other lanes remained still. Possible malfunction after the pedestrian signals were run over?? Maybe the ped signals are being constantly triggered, keeping the road light on longer, since they are missing.

The pedestrian signal knockdown can cause certain approaches to be served every cycle. However, the pedestrian signals have been reinstalled last week and should have restored the signal to normal operation. A work order has been issued to check this issue.

The repaired pedestrian signals have not corrected the problem. It is still giving a long green to Avalon Dr even when no cars are present.
