This "roundabout" island must be city or county owned. Last year, when reported, some agency agreed to keep up on it. Hasn't occurred. One of three palms is dead. Bench not installed by county or city and is broken. Why not just remove the 3 sick palms and bench, mow and also treat outside curbing to the road for excessive weeds. Bam, it would look great.
