Description

House is zoned as a single family home. Current owner is renting out an apartment in basement, which does not seem to comply with zoning rules. Additionally, police were called to home yesterday. Tenant appeared to overdose on narcotics of some sort and his girlfriend came running out of the house asking the name of the street so she could call the Fire Dept.
Additionally, owner of house appears to be operating an auto body repair business in his driveway and garage. Again, does not seem to be in compliance with local zoning laws.
