Street cleaning hours.

What is the process of updating street cleaning hours? Currently, the Columbia Road block between 14 and 15 streets has an unusually long street cleaning period of almost 12 hours on Mondays between 7 am and 630 pm. All other streets in our neighborhood have two hour stteet cleaning windows. How can we make the street cleaning window shorter so that the residents parking options are maximized and in line with other streets in the neighborhood?
