The Special Magistrate for Code Enforcement heard this case on July 22, 2019. The Special Magistrate is due to issue his decision on Aug 5, 2019. The Special Magistrate will decide if the property owners are in violation of the city code pertaining to the number of rentals at 8490 W Gulf.
