The street condition on Prescott is attributed to customers of the 15 West LLC dba American Liquor Store store located at 15 Bancroft. I have personally witnessed customers drinking alcohol and then intentionally throwing the empty bottles down with force in order to break the glass. I have personally cleaned up glass and other debris from the streets and neighborhood from that liquor store.
