Joyce please wait a bit on having this vehicle towed. I believe this is my neighbors and he may have been deployed. He’s in the service. I left a note on their door to call me ASAP. The wife works in Rancho Cucamonga and she’ll be home later and I also left a note on the truck. My other neighbor is trying to get a hold of them too. Thank you
