Despite posted weight limits at Temple and Trumbull, massive trucks regularly drive down Temple St. illegally, causing significant damage to trees and the road. I have not seen the police posted to the area during the current construction (who stand directly outside my first-floor office window) once enforce the weight limit. They actually appear to make a point of literally turning in the other direction every time a large truck rolls down the street.
