Description

this address has been the subject of many animal enforcement complaints. there is a new puppy in a cage on the front porch. previous dogs kept in this manner here have ended up as nuisance animals and the owner has been ticketed. what can animal enforcement do to prevent this dog from becoming a nuisance too?
